The simple quotes above reveal the secret to what is called mindful living. Mindfulness is a unique and dynamic approach to living with greater awareness and peace of mind. Dr. Anthony Stultz, aka ‘Sensei Tony’, believes that everyone deserves the right to live fully and freely, released from the constraints of negative beliefs and thoughts and the corresponding feelings and actions that they can cause. By changing your thoughts, you can change your world; you can discover a True Self within, the source of your clarity, creativity and love.

Dr. Stultz devoted his early life to the teachings of Mindfulness and then spent a decade testing his insights by teaching in prisons, hospitals and with first responders. Out of these experiences he realized which practices actually worked, not just in theory, but in real life with real people at the toughest points in their lives. He then honed this into a unique approach and created The Four Directions System of Mindfulness ™, an easy to learn, practical approach to experiencing a more abundant life. WHO IS DR. STULTZ?

He has presented his unique Four Directions System of Mindfulness™ at both Harvard and Oxford. His unique approach has helped both individuals and groups in a variety of settings, including veterans and first responders. His national service includes working with the families of victims from the September 2001 Flight 93 tragedy and First Responders at Ground Zero. In 2013 he received the World Affairs Council Torch of Global Enlightenment Award.
